The Unique Streetscape

In addition to the general standards noted in section 4 – COMMUNITY DESIGN ELEMENTS, we will work collaboratively
with every builder to ensure house designs contribute to visual harmony along each street, and also achieve diversity throughout the community as a whole.

When you are preparing to design your home(s), it is essential to meet with LCHL in advance, to discuss home designs and establish streetscape outcomes.
